If you’re an experienced tutor and are looking for high school tutoring jobs, we do have openings at all levels of tutoring. We have three positions, Senior Tutor, Junior Tutor and Intern. We are a fast-growing learning center in Silicon Valley, helping students with their studies in their homes, meetups and our facility. We do have strict requirements our potential tutors must meet.
High School Tutoring Jobs
Not all of our tutoring positions require prior experience, so if this is the first time you’re looking into high school tutoring jobs, we might have something for you. Our intern positions allow you to work closely with a Senior tutor to help out and learn the ropes. We do have other requirements you will need to meet, however.
Intern positions require:
- Reliable and Prompt
- Currently enrolled in a college program
- Must have excellent communication skills, impeccable time management and organizational skills
Senior Tutors and Junior tutors do require prior hands on tutoring experience in whichever studies you’re interested in teaching. You can read all of the requirements on our careers page.
Lumen Learning Center
Lumen Learning Center teaches subjects in K-12 and also does prep classes for the SAT and ACT exams. We have interesting summer programs that the kids really look forward to such as our STEM classes and Marshmallow Minds events.
We are growing so fast that we have found we have needed to expand into a roomier facility. We are always searching for great tutors to help students of all ages with their lessons and for adults with our languages learning.
